This project uses Gancio which is a federated event calendar that implements activity pub protocols. This means it is accessible to other software like Mastodon which implements the same protocol. The calendar can also be viewed via rss feeds or synced with your phone calendar using ics/ical.

Money donated is used to cover the server and hosting costs which end up at around $12 per month.
