Hi! My name is Olivia, and I'm a student from Germany. Being a student, I'm not in a very good position, money-wise. I do Open Source work on the side too, but it's a huge commitment and, yknow, money is pretty nice.

What kind of Open Source work do I do? I'm glad you asked! I'm one of the core maintainers of Jekyll, mainly focusing on community aspects. The same is true for Node.js, where I sit on the project's Community Committee. I also help out with a couple of other projects, such as choo or NodeSchool Berlin.

I'll never be as intrusive as putting a call for donations on a GitHub project or anything like that, but if you want to help a trans girl who spends a lot of time on Open Source, you're obviously more than free to do so!
