Description
Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing, I have been actively participating in Geotribu since late 2011, which I have been administering and managing since 2020. A trained geographer with a specialization in GIS, I have worked on various themes and types of organizations. Throughout my experiences, I quickly became convinced of the virtuous circle created by open dynamics, particularly open source and open data, within the professional geomatics ecosystem.
Additionally, I actively maintain a number of projects:
- DicoGIS: a utility for generating metadata dictionaries for geospatial data
- QGIS Deployment Toolbelt aka QDT: a tool for streamlining the deployment of QGIS profiles and configurations
- the RSS plugin for MkDocs: to generate an RSS and JSON Feed from the Git history (
git log) and YAML frontmatter
