Information about forecast models is usually scattered across dozens of agency websites, written for specialists, and difficult to compare. The goal of the catalogue is simple: make it easy to discover which models exist, who runs them, what they cover, and where the data can actually be downloaded — without requiring a meteorology background to get started.
