Description
I'm currently working at a large insurance company doing menial, mind-rotting work and I need that to change. I have spent the better part of a decade as a hobby programmer and it's time to make this a full-time job. I don't know if Liberapay will get me there but I am trying to cast a wide net.
What do I do?
I work on Yantra as much as possible, I have written a number of syntax highlighting plugins for various editors for other fledgling languages, I've written a few modules for Perl 6 and Node.js, and I plan on working on a couple GNOME projects that are floating around in my head (a DAW, a Epiphany Web App Manager, and a Mastodon client).
Goals
If I could reach 100 per week, I would be able to find a part-time job and work 20+ hours per week on Yantra or my other side-projects. Any help is greatly appreciated!
