@bioinformatician_next_door
Open source maintainer building reproducible infrastructure tools.
Description
I build open source tools for reproducible bioinformatics infrastructure and other things.
Projects: - StageX — supply-chain transparent FROM scratch container toolchains. Currently packaging R for fully reproducible bioinformatics containers. - zeroclaw — dependency graph security and supply-chain auditing. - Thaleia — privacy-preserving voice AI in Rust, processing everything locally. - WIND — piRNA bioinformatics pipeline for cancer genomics.
Why donations:
These projects are free and open source. Donations fund development time, CI/CD infrastructure, and hardware for testing. No subscription pressure — even a small recurring donation makes a real difference.
