Hi 𝐌𝐢𝐤𝐞 - AKA 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐤𝘸𝘰𝘭𝘧 I'm a filmmaker, artist, and animator. I directed a 𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦, 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩-𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘴-𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩-𝘬𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 kind of movie called 𝘓𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘋𝘦𝘢𝘥 that you can watch for free on 𝐓𝐮𝐛𝐢

I founded 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨𝐬, making feature films, short films for the 𝟒𝟖 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐦 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥, music videos, and promotional videos for independent artists and small businesses. Mega Ultra Studios is a variety of talented crew members. I take on most of the roles on responsibilities there.

I used to self-publish electronic music as 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐁, and my music got played on college radio and rave clubs in the '90s. In 2004, I won 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨's 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦 award as co-director for 𝘊𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴: 𝘈 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘔𝘰𝘣 𝘙𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦. I've also worked in 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 for TV stations, did sketch comedy and variety shows on public access, and hired background actors for TV shows and movies filmed in Albuquerque. In 2008, I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of New Mexico.

I like to draw, write, and edit photos. I make animated intros, logos, book trailers-- you name it. I do all this unpaid, in my spare time. I post my work for free on public platforms because I'm an entertainer and storyteller by nature. Any donations would be most welcome, and most appreciated.
