I've been maintaining and developing MPD_sima autoqueue client for MPD since 2008.
I'm also packaging MPD_sima for Debian distribution and contributing to related packages such as MPD et ncmpc.
Are you happy to run some of my code, drop a penny, I'll contribute back to the FLOSS project that made mine possible and have a drink with what remains :)
