Disabled Queer Academic writing to educate people about oppression
Description
I am an independent academic. I did my doctoral research on disability and justice at the University of Cambridge. My thesis, "Cripping Justice: Enabling Theory on Disability", looks at codification of different models of disability in law, what models of equality they reflect and the impact of these models on justice for disabled people. I write articles and blog posts about issues around marginalisation, legal theory and political philosophy. My research work and talks may be found at my website.
My blog is licensed under a Creative Commons (BY-NC-ND) deed and is free to access. I generally look to publish my research work in open access journals where possible, or provide access to the research, where not.
